Add support for new java.time API #65

It would be nice to enable first-class support for the new java.time API and include methods that allow java.time.Instant/ZonedDateTime as an alternative to the old java.util.Date. Namely, add a couple new sign methods and a verify to DNSSEC. In addition, we could greatly simplify dnsjava's FormattedTime class to just use DateTimeFormatter, e.g.:

DateTimeFormatter.ofPattern("yyyyMMddHHmmss")
