I'm publisher at XML Press a small publishing company that focuses on technical communicators, marketers, managers, and the tools experts who support their work.

After 20+ years of working for various corporations (Bell Labs, Novell, and Hewlett-Packard), I founded XML Press in 2008. I'm the author of Managing Writers: A Real-World Guide to Managing Technical Documentation. I'm also a member of the DocBook and DITA Technical Committees at OASIS.
