In #75, the option to log into doccano via third-party auth providers was added. This pull request extends the previous work and enables the management of user admin status in the third-party auth providers. Specifically:
If a user logs in via Github and is member of a specific organization and specific team, the user will be granted admin status in doccano.
If a user logs in via Azure Active Directory and is member of a specific group, the user will be granted admin status in doccano.
