When working with noisy corpora or ambiguous labeling tasks, it can be useful for annotators to feed back difficulties with specific documents to the researchers. Some tools (e.g. Relevation - demo) implement a commenting feature to enable such feedback. This pull request also adds simple commenting functionality to Doccano.
