xdebug latest stable release 2.5.5 does not support PHP 7.2

Quick fix:

-    && pecl install xdebug \
+    && pecl install xdebug-2.6.0beta1 \

See https://pecl.php.net/package/xdebug for the latests releases.

Doing

FROM php:7.2-fpm

RUN apt-get update \
    && apt-get install -y \
        libfreetype6-dev \
        libjpeg62-turbo-dev \
        libmcrypt-dev \
        libmemcached-dev \
        libpng-dev \
        sendmail \
    && docker-php-ext-configure gd --with-freetype-dir=/usr/include/ --with-jpeg-dir=/usr/include/ \
    && docker-php-ext-install -j$(nproc) gd mbstring pdo pdo_mysql \
    && pecl install xdebug \
    && docker-php-ext-enable xdebug

will generate an error.

Add Xdebug
* Why should I install `$PHPIZE_DEPS` first? -> docker-library/wordpress#244 (comment)
* Why should I use beta version (for now)? -> docker-library/php#560 (comment)
