The Important Note states:

The ability to push deprecated Docker image manifest version 2, schema 1 images to Docker Hub will be deprecated on November 4th, 2024.

As this date is three weeks ago, this should be updated.

Suggestion

If the support for this schema is indeed deprecated, I think it should be rephrased to the present tense.

-will be deprecated on November 4th, 2024.
+is deprecated as of November 4th, 2024.

If it is not deprecated, the date of deprecation should be updated.
