Description
This change add explicit information about enabling docker service, most of the time people want this to enable permanently.
I installed Docker using this instruction and after reboot got error:
And didn't even realize that I didn't enable the Docker service. People can have different knowledge, and they may not know that they need to enable repo to make it persistent.
