Sometimes Docker Machine gets into a bad state, and
docker-machine env <environment>takes a long time to respond. When this happens, it would be nice to handle SIGINT (e.g. Control+C), allowing thedocker-machine env <environment>command to quickly end.Mac OS 10.11.6.
