Travis now ships with PostgreSQL version 9.1, 9.2 and 9.3 built-in. We should extend our build matrix to test on all versions.

@Ocramius do we still want to add this complexity to the build matrix? I think it's better testing more platform versions if possible but I'm not sure about the build runtime after merging this :(

@deeky666 we could also enforce upgrades for some versions. PGSQL 9.3 has been around for ages now...

I'm closing this issue. I think the DBAL extensively covers this already, and indeed, we'd have quite some problems in running this against travis for every commit.
