DODDLE-OWL (a Domain Ontology rapiD DeveLopment Environment - OWL extension) is a domain ontology development tool for the Semantic Web. DODDLE-OWL makes reuse of existing ontologies and supports the semi-automatic construction of taxonomic and other relationships in domain ontologies from documents.
