The Samsung S4 default browser in Android 4.2.2 does not support border-radius CSS property anymore (regression in the webkit build ?). see https://bugs.dojotoolkit.org/ticket/17665 for details.

why is it dojo’s job to become less maintainable when an issue like this, if true, will impact half the web or more with that device? have you checked to see if the -webkit- prefix shorthand is ok?

Unfortunately the -webkit- prefix is broken too. (-webkit-border-radius). (trac ticket testcase updated , and added a screenshot)

This looks like a maintenance nightmare and adds unneeded size to the CSS for a cosmetic issue on a broken browser. Is Samsung and/or Google aware of the issue? That seems to be the best route, here.

so let's not fix it. Users facing this issue and still need to support S4/4.2.2 could use the patch as workaround, so closing it.
