See http://humancond.org/, tagcloud in the sidebar
I found that when trying to click on a tag I keep getting the one underneath unless I consciously move around until the right one is highlighted. Looking at the HTML there is nothing odd that I can see, just <a ...>. But compare to http://neuroanthropology.net/. If you move the mouse up from the bottom in my wiki the highlight switches when you reach the knuckle on the hand cursor, whereas on neuroanthropology.net it switches at the fingertip (what I would expect.) I see the same behavior in IE as well as Firefox.

It seems that the problem is with the use of padding to regulate spacing of the cloud words. If I override the CSS to use margin and line-height instead, then everything is fine. It certainly makes sense that margin instead of pad helps because pad is part of the object, whereas margin isn't.

div.dokuwiki div#cloud {
line-height: 145%;

div.dokuwiki div#cloud a {
padding: 0;
margin: 0 0.5em;

Then everything is fine.
