Adjusted the texture accuracy setting to the safest value for both PSO Episode 1 & 2 and Episode 3, this fixes the issue displaying texts within the game where letters and numbers are randomly missing.

Have you checked to see if a manually inserted value of "2048" works. That's a blue between Safe and Medium, but is a lot less performance intensive in certain games.

I didn't know it was possible to set it with a value of 2048, initially I used your wiki as a guide. But just to let you know, I've tested it and the result is the same the texts are appearing correctly with this setting as well.

Would you prefer I update to this value instead?

Yeah, use 2048, as it's faster than using 0 performance wise.
