Is it possible to set HAVE_LIBC=1 when compiling sdl?

Yes, I enabled it. Kinda weird that that's not enabled by default?

SDL is a giant spaghetti (for example, we compile - and use - its gfx code), mostly for legacy compat reasons, but it's what we get to deal with for using SDL. It's a miracle it even allows using system libc.
