The weird D-pad button order came from the desire to match the A/B/C/D button order but I agree it was a bit awkward. |

Directional button ordering everywhere else in the dialog is Up, Down, Left, Right.
Now the Shinkansen extension matches.
I've also eliminated the unused digital button mappings for the levers.
L-Analoghas effectively been renamed to justL(and same for R/R-Analog).I'll add a mapping indicator for the
Triggersgroup in another PR.
