Supersedes #11405.

Adds an easier way to navigate to the graphics mod folder rather than manually sorting through possibly long and winding file structures. ("Abrir directorio"= Open Folder in Spanish).

I can't say whether this is the best way to lay it out but functionally I think this is very useful. Code LGTM
