This PR provides a batch of GameINI updates:

  • Adds EFBAccessEnable = True to several games to fix an issue where a splash logo displayed at boot would be missing.
  • Sets SafeTextureCacheColorSamples to 512 as the minimum for a few games to fix choppy/pixelated FMVs.
  • Add vertex rounding to Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and Ty 1 to fix a few visible lines in the HUD of these games specifically. (I'll admit this one isn't that necessary and I can remove it if there are any concerns).
  • Disable texture filtering for several games to prevent broken FMVs.

If anyone wonders why Force Unleashed II has 2 GameINIs, the game for some weird reason has 2 entirely different serials in the PAL and NTSC-U regions, no idea why. And also, Force Unleashed I had DeferEFBCopies = False removed, because I couldn't find any difference with this option disabled.

Update several INI GameSettings for Krome Studios games

You might want to make note of that in the GameINIs themselves in case they need to be changed again in the future.

Because this game decided to have 2 completely separate serial IDs for some reason.

Not that it matters but just to comment on the title, Force Unleashed 2 was developed by Red Fly Studio, not Krome. (FU1 was by Krome however)
