Android: only add controllers GC1 and Wiimote1 as touch controllers #7695

Previously the touch overlay controlled all controllers.

Tested to work. I think losing the ability to control every controller at once via the touchscreen is fine since I don't know how you'd play multiplayer games on a single touchscreen anyway. This would allow one person to play on controller and another on touchscreen though.
