As per the government of India Rules it is an obligation for the Owners of all Batching Plants to get an authorized certificate from Weights & Measurement Department in the respective area. So it is requested to get the certification done by inviting the Local weights and measures concerned Inspector for stamping and get the certificate for operating the machines. In case stamping is already done by weights and measures department check the validity period and get it renewed before expiry of the validity.

Required Application Form is enclosed. This application can be typed on your letter head and send to Govt. for stamping the Batching Plant.
