Removed duplicate field type "number"#11

BuddyPress 2.0 (and possibly 1.8) supports the “number” field type, so Number fields are being duplicated when this plugin is activated and their values stored incorrectly. I’ve just removed the Number field type to allow the default BuddyPress support to take precedence.
