[REQUEST] Rememberance Agents

Describe the feature
It would be great to have the Rememberance Agents module available to DOOM. Using the 2 Reddit links below I was able to resolve 2 errors (1 compile and 1 execution) and get it working. Their provided documentation is great and gives you everything you need to get started, and to use it.

This functionality is big in the PKM (Personal Knowledge Management) world, and is personally something I have been looking to replicate in a flexible editor such as emacs.
