  1. Remove unnecessary _cursor argument from game_mode functions

    cursor is in global scope, so we don't need to pass a point around.
  2. Rename surface_* to img_*

    More accurate since we abstracted away SDL_Texture into an Image struct.
    Also shorter to type.

  1. New background for Drop game

    - Drop game changed to be 8 columns wide.
  2. Tweak mouse controls for drop game

    When not holding any blocks, clicking anywhere will pick up blocks. To
    pick up more blocks while holding blocks, click on the cursor position.
    Clicking outside of the cursor position will drop held blocks.
  3. Increase overall speed

    It appears that this has decreased when switching to 60fps.
  4. Add experimental mouse controls to drop game

    - Click on or below the cursor's y position to pick up blocks.
    - Click above the cursor's y position to drop blocks.

  1. Drop game improvements

    - Show color/amount of held blocks above playing field
    - Changed number of rows from 10 to 9 to make room for held block
    - Fix cursor being positioned on disabled blocks at the bottom of the field
  2. Restore two-click menu operation for Android

    This just feels better in my opinion.
