I followed the instructions for empty C++ project with no starter content in UE 4.16. Then added one C++ .h and .cpp file just so it doesn't complain. Then I setup the CLion as per instruction. I get CLion IDE open correctly but when I click on "Debug" button, I get error:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:7 (add_executable):
add_executable called with incorrect number of arguments

My generated CMakeLists.txt looks like this:

cmake_minimum_required (VERSION 2.6)
project (UE4)
set(CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD 11)

include("/home/shitals/Documents/Unreal Projects/MyProject/Intermediate/ProjectFiles/IncludeDirectories.cmake")
include("/home/shitals/Documents/Unreal Projects/MyProject/Intermediate/ProjectFiles/Definitions.cmake")
add_executable(PleaseIgnoreMe ${MyProjectEditor_FILES})

Any idea what's going on? Any pointers/hints to debug this would be helpful!

Interesting, the space in the path was suppose to be fixed.
Just to confirm this is a source build from the master branch?

It's the current release version of UE4. So, no, the release branch not master

In the master branch (4.19) there is significant changes that have been done to support CLion (via the plugin moved inside of UE by default) as well as an overhaul of the UBT CMake builder. These 'hopefully' should address many of these issues moving forward.

Give it a whirl :) Let me know if I need to make any changes there!

We have the same error on Linux (4.19) as well. We really like the plugin and want it to be fixed. Thanks!
