Content types: List of things to fix or improve

This issue it's to fix or improve a bunch of small issues I found while QAing Content Types

General

1. Make sure there is no message keys missing.

Listing Page

• Add cursor: pointer to all the rows (so user know they're clickable).

• Vanity URL and Language Variables needs icons:

  • For vanity url: http://fontawesome.io/icon/map-signs/
  • For language variable: http://fontawesome.io/icon/globe/

• Update number of listing items to match the old content types listing

Create/Edit Page

• Category field it's failing in prod because the api url have an extra /.
• We need to fix all this
• Let's add a way of user know that they can add more fields in the same column, right now it's not obvious enough, here is the mock.
• Add the "field icon" to the fields in the dropped zone, here is the mock.
• Remove the "Drop fields here" message when the dragged field touch the drop zone, here is the mock.
• Add background-color: $gray-lightest to .content-type__fields-main class.
• Add background-color: $white to content-type-fields-row component.
