Cannot delete demo.dotcms.com Site

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install DotCms 3.5 Demo
2. Create a new site and make it the default
3. Archive and delete the demo.dotcms.com Site

Delete will not work. Looks like it could get stopped by this error in the logs.
