Allow Bundle projects to reference other Bundles with an EntryPoint #976

If SPA1 and SPA2 projects both have an EntryPoint and one is referencing the other, currently compilation fails with error: Multiple entry points found. A Bundle could ignore EntryPoints from referenced projects. It would be even possible to remove storing EntryPoint in metadata entirely, if used for current compilation only.
