This works in f# and used to work in W#, but now throws a compiler error:
error FS9001: Instance member name conflict on type SPA3.Client+Footacular name SPA3_Client_IFooey$FromFoo

    type Foo = int

    type IFooey =
        abstract member ToFoo: string -> Foo
        abstract member FromFoo: Foo -> string

    type FooBase() =
        interface IFooey with
            override __.ToFoo s = 42
            override __.FromFoo x = "meh"

    type Footacular() =
        inherit FooBase()

        interface IFooey with
            override __.ToFoo s = 42
            override __.FromFoo x = "wee"

This is most probably a regression caused by name resolution changes for #951.
