The Get started tutorial for Xamarin using EF has already been archived in a Xamarin archive repo
This PR removes that now archived Get Started tutorial, its code sample and screenshots plus adds redirection to the archived version.:
Tutorial removed:

The tutorials screenshots located at:

The app samples located at:
samples/core/Xamarin/
