Logging binary data for HttpLoggingMiddleware

We have the Kestrel connection logger that logs binary data in a semi readable way, if we can't recognize a content type, we should consider adding this as a default way of logging, or at least giving an option to log as binary for a certain content type.

We've moved this issue to the Backlog milestone. This means that it is not going to be worked on for the coming release. We will reassess the backlog following the current release and consider this item at that time.
