This pull request removes an IMPORTANT callout block that previously appeared between the feature list and the "Provide feedback" section. The callout contained Visual Studio version requirements and instructions for uninstalling legacy extensions.
- Removes duplicate version requirement information (now covered in prerequisites)
- Removes extension uninstallation instructions
- Simplifies the document structure
