Warnings should be reported dereferencing S.F:

#pragma warning disable 649
struct S
{
    internal object F;
}
class Program
{
    static void M()
    {
        S s = default;
        S t = new S();
        s.F.ToString(); // warning
        t.F.ToString(); // warning
    }
}
