Add .gitattributes and normalize source files #172
Normalization of text content in Git repositories is sensitive to per-user configurations, but much less sensitive when .gitattributes is used. This change adds a default .gitattributes and renormalizes all source files to match the new form.
The commit which normalizes the source files (only 2 affected files) is assigned to @dotnet-bot to avoid history confusion or unrealistic contributor statistics.
Both files which were normalized previously used CRLF line endings, so a diff of the content on a Windows machine is likely to show that the files are binary equal. The change was more about updating the Git metadata of the files.
