  • .NET Core Version: 3.1
  • Windows version: Windows 10 64bit
  • Does the bug reproduce also in WPF for .NET Framework 4.8?: Yes

Problem description:

Even if the Visibility of the TextBox is set to Collapsed, you can still navigate to internal hyperlinks via TAB navigation.

This can cause unintended hyperlink processing.

Minimal repro:

<TextBlock Visibility="Collapsed">
    <Hyperlink Click="Hyperlink_Click">LINK</Hyperlink>
</TextBlock>
private void Hyperlink_Click(object sender, RoutedEventArgs e)
{
    MessageBox.Show("Clicked");
}
  1. Press TAB key -> Focus moves to invisible Hyperlink.
  2. Press Enter key -> Hyperlink event is executed.

This issue reproduces both when Textbox.Visibility is set to "Collapsed" and when its set to "Hidden". Look like a WPF issue, moving this to backlog since its not a regression in Net Core.
