It looks like there may be a minor conflict for the On Entry Save event... it's possible that Preparse is accidentally causing extra emails to go out.

Check to see how Preparse and Notifier can play nicely together.

This is fixed in v0.9.5. The duplicate email will be suppressed, and a warning will be logged instead...
