The opera website doesn't like opus files:

Invalid type on file: style/done.opus

Find a work-around...

You can try other formats if you’re refused again. BTW Opera browser isn’t good after Opera Software is acquired by Qihoo, which is so notorious company in China.

On top of that, Opera cannot seem to get their shit together and actually review the add-on.

But I submitted 4.2.3 anway...

They didn't review the previous version at all in a month, let's see if they will review this one.
