Your DownThemAll! and Browser Version and Language and Operating System

Firefox 45.8.0
DownThemAll 3.0.8
(but this bug lasts for at least a year)

OS: Debian linux testing
language: ru_RU.KOI8-R

Expected Behavior

I expect to be able to edit directory path in DTA selection dialog using both latin and russian characters.

Actual Behavior

When I press language change key dialog window closes and downloading started.

Steps To Reproduce

I am use standard Xorg language setting mechanizm

Section "InputDevice"
    Identifier "Generic Keyboard"
    Driver "keyboard"
    Option "CoreKeyboard"
    Option "XkbRules" "xorg"
    Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
    Option "XkbLayout" "us,ru"
    Option "XkbVariant" "winkeys"
    Option "XkbOptions" "grp:rwin_toggle"

*Start Firefox with DTA installed

  • Open some webpage
  • Right click and slect "DownThemAll" in context menu
  • Select some item in the downloads list
  • Set cursor at "Save files to" ("Сохранить файлы в") input line
  • type some letters
  • enter language layout toggle key (Right Winkey, but result the same with any toggle key setting)

Additional info such as log extracts

Please enable Diagnostic Logging in the Privacy tab of the DownThemAll! preferences and either copy/paste essential part of the log or attach the entire log. Please note that the log may include sentitive information which you have to remove prior to posting it!

I an doubt the log will be useful in this case, but nevertheless

Note that window do not closes when I change focus from DTA dialog window somewhere else, change language layout then return focus back to DTA window. But this is annoying.

I am guess that DTA somehow confuses the language layout key with the "Enter" key. It is behavior specific to DTA. Standard Firefox file dialogs doesn't have it.
