Improvement of end of paragraph detection

In the issue #10950 there has been a discussion about when e.g. @deprecated should end. At the moment these are ended when the paragraph (by means of a double new line or the end of a comment block) ends.
In the comment #10950 (comment) it is stated:

I think the more structural solution is to treat certain HTML end tags such as </blockquote>, </details> and </div> as explicitly also ending the current paragraph. This way the warnings can also be improved.

I saw the improvement and it does look quite good.

• I ran a small test program (see attachment) with all possible HTML tags (some are of course ridiculous to use at the mentioned place). The tags mentioned in the issue look all to be OK. I think that e.g. <code> can also be added to the list.
• A question I have is: what is the background idea of the change:

  IMG       [iI][mM][gG]
  

  into

  IMG       ("img"|"IMG")
  

  although I think it is quite unusual to write e.g <Img> I think it is not prohibited in HTML.

A question I have is: what is the background idea of the change:
IMG [iI][mM][gG]

I wanted to prevent false detections, so we would allow Render<Img> as a valid template class for instance. Indeed, <iMg> may technically be also allowed, but not supporting it will probably avoid more problems than it brings benefits.

we get the warnings like:

improving-pips-documentation.md:17: warning: found </details> tag without matching <details>

and the <details> is not honored (in 1.11.0 this was also not honored but the warning was, incorrectly, not given.
When using a construct with <s> this is honored though (this is the reason for adding it to the example).

The problem was found by Fossies for the pip 24.1.2 project
