I tried to build doxygen from source, but kept getting the error : "flex: can't find File".
It turns out, as I'm building from within "C:\Program Files", the rule file doesn't handle spaces in the paths. This can be fixed by changing the switch definitions and command line for this rule.

So the output switch should be: -o"[value]"
and the command line: flex [AllOptions] [AdditionalOptions] "[inputs]"

The quotes allow for spaces.

Unfortunately, runbison.bat has the same issue - I don't yet know how to fix this.

As a general rule: using spaces in files or directories is asking for problems.

Changed version 'latest' to '1.8.2-SVN' so I can remove 'latest' as an option as it is a moving target.

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.8.8. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information
that you think can be relevant (preferrably in the form of a self-contained example).
