In the "File Documentation" chapter of the LaTeX output, in the "File Reference", the include file list is all on one line and the dependency graph caption (when enabled) is also on the same line.
Looking at the .tex files, this is because the include files have * after each instead of \* (also a newline afterwards would be nice).
The attached patch produces nicely formatted output as I think was indented.
