Example demonstrating the problem

Starting with Doxygen 1.8.5 C++ exception specifications are mistaken as member functions.

The attached example exhibits the problem and incorrectly displays this warning:

SourcePair.cpp:13: warning: documented symbol `n::SourcePair::SourcePair' was not declared or defined.

Doxygen 1.8.4 parses the code without warning and the resulting HTML output is correct.

Seems (another) regression cause by the patch in bug # 705219.
Should be fixed in the next GIT update.

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.8.6. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information
that you think can be relevant (preferrably in the form of a self-contained example).

Doxygen 1.8.6 parses the attached file without warning.

Our (quite large) internal project is also parsed without a single warning.
