Test header that repros the bug

Simple repro test.h file (inlined below and attached). Repros with default configuration.

The generated files page for the test.h file:

Generates broken "More..." links for all functions that are within a namespace:

The documentation for these functions is on the namespace page, rather than the file page (doxygen's link is broken).

Severity is high in a project (like mine) that shares a common namespace where the most common means of looking through code is by File.

//! @file
//! This is the test file documentation

//! This is the documentation for the namespace
namespace nsname
//! @brief This is the function inside of the namespace.
//! This is the long description for the function inside of the namespace
void FunctionInside()

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.8.10. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information
that you think can be relevant (preferably in the form of a self-contained example).
