Provide better error handling around decryption/signing errors #26

Currently the error handling around gpg decryption and signing when a user improperly types in their password is a stack trace. This is not user friendly. Instead, when these errors happen, it should show. Improper password and then try again.

Stretch: For smartcard users, we should see if we can determine if they've locked their smartcard and provide a notice that they need to unlock it.
