XBAR frequence & config & battery temperature & game TITLE_ID

English:

1. add GPU XBAR(Crossbar) frequency(need advanced setting), max is 166MHz
2. add config file config.txt for advanced setting and accurate frequency(5MHz per select), default is disabled, refer to readme, remember to edit it with common editor(NOT notepad.exe)
3. add battery temperature
4. add game TITLE_ID
5. little layout adjust

1. 添加GPU XBAR(Crossbar)频率设置(需要开启高级设置)，最高166MHz
2. 添加配置文件config.txt来开启高级设置并设置精确频率调节(每次调节5MHz)，默认关闭，参考说明，请使用通用编辑器而不是"记事本"

1. SELECT button long press time change to 2 seconds to resolve conflict with some games' built-in function like "Rose and the Old Castle of Twilight"
2. Fix some text align issue and may look better(refer to screenshot)
3. Just havs "111, 166, 222, 266, 333, 366, 444" frequence to change in this release, which is easy to use for most people. For advanced user who wants to accurately change(5MHz per select) the frequence, choose @BeatPlay one)

1. 长按SELECT键的时间修改为2秒，来避免与一些有长按SELECT键的操作的游戏冲突，比如《萝洁与黄昏古城》
2. 文本对齐，造福强迫症(参考截图)
3. 为了简化操作并且更适用于多数人，这个版本仅有"111, 166, 222, 266, 333, 366, 444"的频率设置，如果需要更精确(每次选择5MHz)的频率控制，选择@BeatPlay的版本
