About this theme

This WordPress theme is a responsive blog theme for my IndieWeb content.

Lots of formatting functionality is located in functions.php and a whole bunch of included *.inc.php files. Maybe I will tidy up that mess later and move things to their own plugin, who knows. But for now, things work out quite fine.

Since I really like Named Colors in CSS, I mostly used named color definitions for my theme:

  • #333333
  • #4A4A4A
  • DimGrey
  • LightGrey
  • White
  • AliceBlue
  • #1da1f2
  • #008EC0
  • #1111AA
  • MediumVioletRed
  • Crimson
  • Orange

Create minified CSS file

This requires Gulp.

First install dependencies like Autoprefixer and CSSnano:

npm install

Afterwards run Gulp’s default task to transform and minify the CSS file:

gulp
