success message for buying paid time when not logged in needs to be changed to reflect no receipt will be sent #1712

If you buy paid time while not logged in, you get the following success message:

Your payment has been successful. We will process your order in the next few minutes. Please keep an eye on your email for a confirmation.

However, we don't collect email addresses when processing a not-logged-in payment (what we don't collect, we don't have to secure, we can't be forced to disclose by subpoena, etc, so we only collect the bare minimum needed by our CC processor to run the charge).

So, if you're not logged in, that success message should say:

Your payment has been successful. We will process your order in the next few minutes. Because you aren't logged in to a Dreamwidth account, you will not receive an emailed receipt. If you need a receipt, you can view and print it.

With "view and print it" linking to the on-site receipt (generated by https://www.dreamwidth.org/shop/receipt).
