Add DDF for Tuya smart plugs _TZ3000_gjnozsaz and _TZ3000_zloso4jk

I found two other plugs, so I created a DDF for them. Difference to the existing one: consumption value to be reported needs to be multiplied by 10. The rest should be the same. I tested against other metering units. Seems to work ok

Nothing to do, this device is already in the DDF official list https://github.com/dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin/blob/master/devices/neo/NAS-WR01B_2.json

And with gold status, perhaps you have a version with different firmwares ? wich one deconz version are you using ?
