Sweep

Added new command to perform an swr sweep of a band using band limits info and TNPWR. Writes results to console.
Updated release notes:
Added swrsweep
usage: select a band, then enter cmd \swrsweep n, n where n is the number of sample frequencies
uses TNPWR to sample vswr at the n sample points evenly spaced between band limits
displays results in console
esc key cancels sweep

We also need a button for this in the GTK and web gui

The GTK screen is already crowded and will require not only a button, but a way to indicate the number of steps. I think that this is a useful feature but will mainly be used by adventurous POTA/XOTA users, so a command is appropriate. After wasting many hours I have never been successful adding anything to the web interface. Bob
