This PR makes improvement to the way users log in and upload content to the platform, responding directly to user requests:

  • When posting a new challenge or starting a project, it should be possible to immediately enter some Description (Pitch) content and not first have to save and edit.
  • At the beginning of an event people might want to just post the name of a location (Room 123), rather than a Contact link, which should still be provided at a later stage (enforced by progress rule).
  • Links to event guidance specific to Opendata.ch events cleaned out of default content.
  • Project edit form is now in two parts, with details editor accessible at the bottom of the project page.
  • Admins can always see a new event button on the homepage.
  • Images in the suggestion cards on the project page are shown full height.
  • The user profile has a honeycomb style project view (example)
  • Jumbotrons are consistently in dashed style.
  • Various user profile and event UI tweaks.
  • "Print view" list page is now public.
  • Darkmode persists while browsing 馃槑
