Application to help maintain Dronekit-Python #1243

Hi,
I've dabbled with dronekit somewhat and have been wanting to contribute to a part of open source that I will genuinely enjoy, I've so far amended the init.py to resolve the mutablemapping import error.
I'm motivated to do my best to get dronekit working with python 3.10, I'm still fairly novice with coding even though I've been doing it on and off for some years now but would love to sink my teeth into this.
