While Logula works well enough, it doesn't integrate with Dropwizards' logging (e.g. it's configuration). This especially stands out in mixed Scala/Java projects.
Since Dropwizards' logging does nearly everything Logula does for us, lets use that and provide a simple Logging implementation to make it available via mix-in composition.
Note: adds new findbugs exclusion because the trait generates an inner-class name that disagrees with findbugs.
Replaces Logula dependency with Log wrapper trait.
Replace Logula usage with Dropwizard Logging trait.
Remove dependency on Logula
